In order to have full refunding, product must be returned as received without marks or stains and the package must not be damaged.
The shipping return cost is on the buyer, after we receive the product we procceed to refund.
- If the product that is returned has marks, stains and it is not as it send, we remove the cost of the damage from the refunding money (for example if you bought a product with total cost 500$ and it has a damage of 40$ we refund 460$).
- If the product returned as it is send, we procceed to full refund.
If the product received has wrong size or colors we can change it immediately, please just contact with us (in this case we pay all the shipping costs).
